You may order by credit card using our secure online shopping cart. We also accept telephone orders (see contact link above), but please use the web site for more efficient processing of your order. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Instead of using a credit card, you may send a check or money order payable to The Ornithopter Zone, 582 Laurelton Road, Rochester NY 14609. Please use the online shopping cart to determine the correct shipping and handling fees.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped by US Postal Service. Most orders for freeflight kits are under 13 ounces and go by First Class Mail. Larger items go by Parcel Post. The actual shipping time can range from a few days to a few weeks. Please do not call to inquire about the status of your order, unless sufficient time has elapsed to suggest that your order may have a problem.

International Orders
We will ship to any country. In most cases, you can order online using Visa or Mastercard. However, strong security measures sometimes result in the false rejection of a valid card. In that case, you will need to send your payment by mail. You may send a bank check or international money order in US funds. For credit card orders outside the US, we will only ship to the credit card billing address. This is to protect against credit card fraud. When you receive your order, you may be charged a customs fee, subject to the laws of your particular country. Shipping time is variable: usually 1-2 weeks, but sometimes longer.

Return Policy
Within 30 days, defective products may be returned for repair, replacement, or refund at our option. Buyer pays return shipping. Items damaged in a crash or by user error are not covered under warranty.
