may order by credit card using our secure online shopping
cart. We also accept telephone orders from 8 to 4 eastern

Visa and Mastercard.
Instead
of using a credit card, you may send a check or money order
payable to The Ornithopter Zone, 582 Laurelton Road, Rochester
NY 14609. Please add the following shipping and handling fees:

New
York State residents must add 8% sales tax.
Most
orders are shipped by first class or priority mail. Shipping
time is usually 2-4 days. Heavy or large items may be sent
by parcel post or media mail, so these items may take longer.
International
Orders
In most cases, you may order online using your credit card.
However, security measures sometimes result in the false rejection
of a valid card. In that case, you will need to send your
payment by mail. You may send a bank check or international
money order in US funds. For
credit card orders, we will only ship to the credit card billing
address. This is to protect against credit card fraud. When
you receive your order, you may be charged a customs fee,
subject to the laws of your particular country. Shipping time
to other countries is variable: usually 1-2 weeks, but sometimes
longer.
Return Policy
Within
30 days, defective products may be returned for repair, replacement,
or refund at our option.
Buyer pays return shipping. Items damaged in a crash are not
covered under warranty. No returns on batteries.
